Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, We will accept the material which has manufacturing defect

and  the same has to be returned in the original packaging. Hence, we request customers to to open the package in such a way that in case of any discrepancies they can return the product in as it is condition.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.

Customer has to share their email id for communications in order to communicate accordingly before and after purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as Cartridges  Downloadable software products  cannot be returned.
